Vistafolio is Wealth Morning’s Managed Account solution for Eligible and Wholesale Investors. Once a month, we update account holders on the strategy and performance. Please find our latest update as follows:
As opposed to some other funds and strategies, our defensive, scavenging nature has held up rather well.
The Ukraine conflict, on top of concerns over inflation and stagflation, has made March a very volatile ride in the markets.
Lately, there’s been a peace hope bounce, coupled with rising commodity prices and low European currencies. This has restored some of the drawdown we saw earlier.
Overall, for the month of March 2022, we were down –0.59% across the composite portfolio (total aggregate return across all portfolios following the strategy).

If we can annualise this across the year, we are still up 2.19% since the start of the year, whereas many of our counterparts are well down.
For a handful of investors, we have also touched on some more speculative opportunity, following detailed research. In particular, a compelling e-aviation business and a proven biotech company. These picks are actually up around 29% and 16% respectively for March alone, so have provided a small kicker to certain portfolios.
There is plenty of opportunity on the table right now.
I encourage interested and eligible investors to add to their accounts or get in touch with us to open a facility.
